No-Comply Grab The no-comply has also been called the Step-Hop and the No-Handed Boneless. OK -- here's the deal guys. If you put your foot on the ground, the trick is a footplant. Within the footplant category, there are various moves. Planting your front foot makes it a boneless one, either frontside or backside. Grabbing like we do in this move is actually called a Bean Plant. I normally only refer to it as a bean plant if I do it on a wall -- seems like a no-comply grab on flat ground. Most people do bonelesses grabbing early. But by using the no-comply method on a wall, you can easily pop it up for a bean plant.
